UPS Ground and FedEx Ground deliveries do not require a signature at the time of delivery and will be left at the location if no one is present. After the product ships, we will send an email to the customer listed on the billing address of each order. This email will contain shipping information including the shipping or trucking company name, phone number and your shipment tracking number. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding this policy.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Quality is guaranteed! If you do not like the product or find damages to the product, contact us immediately! We do all we can to ensure your best shopping experience. You can simply contact us and we'll get it addressed!

If we shipped the wrong item, or if it arrived damaged, we will re-ship or refund immediately. If you're simply not happy with your order you can also return it. In this case, the buyer will get a refund (excluding shipping costs) as soon as the product is back with us. Please note, that you must contact us within 14 days from the date your order was delivered. For more information please send us an email and we will answer any questions you have.

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 1-2 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Paying some extra attention to how you wash your clothes will not only prolong their life, but also help minimize the environmental impact and save our natural resources. The washing instructions on the label will give you advise on how to best care for your garment, and here are some other resourceful advice.

Chunky-knits
Chunky-knits should be reshaped and dried flat to maintain the original shape, which is why these garments are additionally labelled “Dry flat”.

Linen
Linen is a natural material and can easily get mis-shapen when wet. To restore the garment to its original shape, iron it with a hot steam iron. To keep its sheen, iron the garment on the reverse side.

Viscose
Viscose is an artificial fiber from cellulose and can easily get mis-shapen when wet. To restore the garment easily to its original shape, iron it with a steam iron.

Cashmere

• Spot Cleaning: Tend to stains quickly with a mild detergent or baby shampoo. Gently blot the stain without rubbing to avoid fibre damage.
• Hand Wash: Hand washing is the safest method for cleaning cashmere. Use lukewarm water and a small amount of gentle detergent. Soak the garment for 10-15 minutes, then rinse with cold water.
• Never Wring: Press out excess water gently, but never wring or twist the fabric, as this can lead to distortion.
• Lay Flat to Dry: Place your cashmere garments on a clean, dry towel and reshape them to their original dimensions. Allow them to air dry naturally.

Silk
Silk is a very delicate material and should be treated with care. Use a detergent for delicates when washing silk and do not stretch the garment while wet.

Wool
Often, airing woollen garments is enough. Use a detergent for delicates when you do wash them. Use the wool or hand wash cycle on your washing machine or wash by hand. Iron after washing to restore the natural sheen.

Denim
Wash jeans inside out to reduce fade. Remove them from the washing machine as soon as possible after the programme has ended to avoid creasing. Denim’s characteristic appearance is the result of a special dyeing method. As a result, small pigment particles may remain on the surface and can rub off.

Leather and suede
Leather and suede garments should be taken to a leather specialist for cleaning. Follow the care instructions.

Down jackets
Place tennis balls in the tumble dryer when drying down garments to distribute the down evenly. The down must be dried completely.
