How Do I Check The Status of My Order?

Upon placing your order, please allow up to 1-2 business days to have your order processed. Our fulfillment warehouses pack your ordered items and ship the packages out as soon as possible. Once you order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.  

Why Haven't I Received A Confirmation Email?

If you have not received an email automatically after you placed your order, then that means you must've provided us the wrong email. Please contact us so that we can make the changes necessary. 

Do You Provide A Quality Guarantee For All Products Being Sold?

 Can I Return My Item?

Yes, of course. If we shipped the wrong item, or if it arrived damaged, we will re-ship or refund immediately. If you're simply not happy with your order you can also return it. In this case, the buyer will get a refund (excluding shipping costs) as soon as the product is back with us.
